டென்னிஸ் வீரர் மகேஷ் பூபதி
கர்நாடகா: சில தினங்களுக்கு முன்னர் டென்னிஸ் வீரர் மகேஷ் பூபதி, கர்நாடகா உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் வருமான வரிவிலக்கு அளிக்கக் கோரி வழக்கு தொடர்ந்திருந்தார். தனக்கு பயிற்சியளித்த தனது தந்தைக்கு ரூ.28.5 லட்சம் கொடுத்ததாகவும், எனவே அத்தொகையை வரிவிலக்கு அளிக்குமாறும் வழக்கு தொடர்ந்திருந்தார். இவ்வழக்கை விசாரித்த கர்நாடகா உயர்நீதிமன்றம் வரிவிலக்கு அளிக்க முடியாது என தீர்ப்பளித்தது.
